Performance Coaching For Teams

Teams can feel adrift without a shared vision that motivates members to pull in one direction — the reason many organizations limp along, even if they seem built to win.

Workplace teams are under more pressure than ever. Team members might be separated by distance or division, or weighing whether a company’s culture is a fit for them. Many are feeling disconnected, demotivated, and ready to move on.

Transformative team coaching reaches beyond conventional ‘fixes’ to create powerful and lasting change. It puts teams on the path to shared culture and community, and closer to innovative thinking.

As a Coach, I can help your team:

  • navigate the hard-to-have conversations

  • boost trust, accountability, and psychological safety

  • create the conditions for productivity and innovation

  • uncover a sense of shared purpose

  • tackle a specific plan or priority and build consensus for action

  • identify a critical path for moving forward together

  • leverage difference as strength

What To Expect

Team coaching can take the form of on- or off-site intensives (e.g. retreats, workshops, guided conversations), real-time workplace observation and intervention, or small group facilitation. All coaching activities are tailored to your commitments and the unique makeup of your team.

Thank you so much for leading our leadership team today. It was an inspiring launch into the year that exceeded my expectations and has had immediate influence. References to the framework showed up in encouraging and joyful ways in our afternoon planning and conversations...I know it will have a lasting impact on our understanding of our selves as leaders and the work that our team does for our school. Brilliant!”

A major take-away for me is that it takes all kinds of approaches and skills sets to round out a team. We can best support each other and move the mission of [the organization] forward by being aware of each other’s strengths and leveraging them to deliver the best services possible.  We’ll continue to discuss the outcomes of our conversation. Again, many thanks for leading the discussion!”
